consulting

“It’s not what you do, it’s why you do it.” ~ Simon Sinek

Some organisations or teams may need a bit of external help reaching that extra height of productivity, collaboration or functioning. We know that there is a clear link between individual and group wellbeing, and workplace successes.

Other times particular organisations need to understand a bit more about a specific psychological issue to assist in their own direct client practice or staff wellbeing.

This may be a one-off event or a series of shorter, regular in-services on a particular topic of concern or an area you feel needs developing. Tailored training or workshops can be developed to suit specific needs.

Clinical consultation can occur in the form of a Letter of Clinical Opinion or more in depth reports that may include assessment, formulations and recommendations.

These may be useful for court purposes, to aid other practitioners clinical work, second opinions or be privately contracted.

These matters are usually contracted by organisations, lawyers or individuals who are not existing therapy clients. We would discuss role clarity in order to separate therapist and expert witness based on your needs.

Whatever you decide, these can all be significant bodies of work, so please make contact well in advance.
